I have meditated for 4 30 minute sessions in the last 6 days that I haven’t posted. Work got really busy and meditation sessions were spread across various times of day.
I have been going through a challenging situation for the past week and meditation works as advertised. It kept me much more calmer and measured than I would have been in a typical situation. I believe in the school of “everything happens for a reason”. I truly believe that I was spurred to take part in this challenge in order to deal with changes coming my way.
I will write another post about some insights I had in the past few sessions.
