I have been busy last three months on getting an MBA admission. I am thankful to have been admitted to a premier school and I am excited to be starting my program this Fall. The 30-day meditation challenge helped me in getting my thoughts together and organized. It also helped me stay calm in the midst of stressful situations.
I am planning to write on meditation and self help in general. Over the last year and half, I have realized that my personality has changed tremendously based on my willingness to expose myself to uncomfortable situations. I plan to share my experiences here.
